Program Manager - Donated Dental Services and Give Kids A Smile!

Sorin has spent most of the last decade assisting survivors of sexual and domestic violence escape the cycles of abuse. His experience and passion for supporting the most vulnerable populations is what drew him to the VDA Foundation’s mission of helping underserved Virginians get the dental services they need. A proud alumnus of the University of Maryland, Sorin’s background in psychology, crisis management, and advocacy will help those who could normally not afford proper oral care connect with professional volunteers who can improve their quality of life. Sorin’s greatest joys are his loving partner, his son (a VCU student), and his daughter (a middle school student.) He spends any free time he has with them, in his garden, or at the beach.
